At Urban Shift, customer satisfaction is important to us. We offer 7-day exchange for size issues or damaged/wrong items after delivery. To request exchange, contact us within 7 days of delivery with order number and photos/videos. Eligible: - Wrong product received - Damaged item - Size exchange (unused condition) Not Eligible: - Used or washed products - Requests after 7 days - Minor color variation due to screen display Refunds are only issued if exchange/replacement is unavailable.
